Introduction to personal selling principles, buyer behavior, sales personnel motivation, persuasion strategy, prospecting, presentation, closing, ethics, market forecasting and related selling methods. A grade of “C” or better must be earned in this course to receive a degree or a certificate within the Division of Health Science and Business Technology.
