FSCI 1050 - Blueprint Reading and Sketching

Lec. 3; Cr. 3

A survey of interpretation of blueprints used in fire protection including construction, electrical, fire alarm, fixed systems, and safety requirements. Exercises will be included in sketching for inspection and prefire plans.

Prerequisite(s): Eligibility for college-level mathematics and college-level English or permission from the Coordinator of Public Protection & Safety or Division Head of Liberal Arts.
