Quality Management, TCA [DISCONTINUED]

[THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. Plans are to discontinue this prorgam beginning Fall 2015. Students currently in the program will be allowed to graduate as long as they complete the certificate by the end of summer session 2016.]

Quality Management usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experiences with experienced workers and formal education in human resources management, safety management, environmental management, business law, and quality management.
