The Environmental Health and Safety Compliance Technical Competency Area assembles the elements of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) science, management, regulations and law, hazard recognition, monitoring, and emergency response into a cohesive package for educational and skill development of personnel who want to acquire a broad knowledge of HSE theory, principles, practices, and future trends.
