Leading through Crisis examines leadership styles through a contextual lens. This course principally focuses on the Trait, Skills, Behavioral, Situational, Transformational, and Adaptive Leadership approaches as they relate to crisis management.

Effective Summer 2026

Leading through Crisis explores how a crisis affects leadership. This course focuses on the stages of a crisis and the leadership skills needed to lessen its impact. The course also examines how certain common leadership styles can be applied in crisis managment.
