ECON 2000 (CECN 2313) - Principles of Microeconomics Lec. 3; Cr. 3
This course introduces the fundamental concepts and theories of Microeconomics. Topics are covered such as demand, supply and theories of price determination, elasticity, consumer choice theory, production, market structure, trade, externalities and public goods. Credit will not be given for both this course and ECON 2030 . A grade of “C” or better must be earned in this course to receive a degree or a certificate within the Division of Health Science and Business Technology.
Prerequisite(s): A grade of “C” or better in BADM 1001 and must be eligible to enroll in MATH 1015 or MATH 1020 (CMAT 1213) or MATH 1021 ; or approval of Dean.
