BADM 2990 - Practicum in Management Independent Study Ind. Study 60; Cr. 3
A structured program of individualized work experience in business, health care, hospitality, asset or administrative management with a participating employer. Each student will work with a coordinator or faculty member from the Division of Health Sciences, Business & Technology, and Public Protection and Safety. The student’s experience will be related to academic studies and must contribute significantly to professional development. A minimum of 180 clock hours of work are required for this course. Arrangements must be made prior to registration, including acceptance of initial proposal and credit hour assignment. May be repeated for a maximum of six credit hours. Grading will be pass/fail.
Prerequisite(s): Completion of at least 24 credit hours or approval of the Dean of Allied Health, Business & Technology, and Public Protection and Safety.
