MATH 1015 (CMAT 1203) - Applied College Algebra Lec. 3; Cr. 3
Emphasis on applications involving: solving equations and inequalities; function properties and graphs to include linear, quadratic, polynomial, exponential, and logarithmic functions. This course is not intended for students whose curriculum includes Trigonometry or Calculus I.
Prerequisite(s): Math ACT subscore of 19 or higher, appropriate placement test score, or equivalent, or grade of “C” or better in MATH 0015 or MATH 0021 . Any student not meeting one or more of these prerequisites must concurrently enroll in MATH 0016 . Note: Only one of MATH 1015, MATH 1020 (CMAT 1213) , MATH 1021 , or MATH 1023 may be used for degree credit.
