CSC 1012 - Fundamentals of Programming Lec. 3; Cr. 3
An introduction to the theory and practice of computer programming. The emphasis of this course is on techniques of program development using structured programming techniques and object oriented programming principles. The course exposes the student to fundamental concepts and techniques in collaboratively solving practical problems based on analyzing, designing and implementing computer programs. Topics include control structures, objects, classes, inheritance, simple data structures, and basic concepts of software development.
Prerequisite(s): CSC 1011 and MATH 1021 with a grade of “C” or better.
