Fire Science Technology

This is a one-year program designed to prepare persons for the occupation of firefighter or for work in related fields, such as fire insurance, safety engineering or fire equipment sales. The program offers general education and a broad scope of courses in fire science for those individuals seeking professional development as well as for those serving industry in various fire protection areas. It will also introduce the student wishing to enter a fire fighting career to the fire protection field.
