BIOL 1201 (CBIO 1033) - Biology for Science Majors Lec. 3; Cr. 3
Scientific method; general concepts and principles of biological molecules, cellular structure and function, and genetics. Primarily for students majoring in science, agriculture, or education. Credit will not be given for this course and BIOL 1001 .
Prerequisite(s): Eligibility to schedule college-level mathematics and eligibility to schedule ENGL 1001 , or consent of Dean, Division of Sciences and Mathematics. Note: Biology 1201 is not an Honors course but when it is followed by BIOL 1503 (an Honors course), it will be accepted for fulfillment of the required courses for Honors distinction.
