ALLH 2645 - Practice and Ambulatory Care Management Lec. 3 Cr. 3
This course emphasizes the functions of planning, implementation and control in the management of health care professional practices. It examines the directing and training of professional staff, the legal and organizational structures formed by mamangement groups, the systems aspects of reoprting and control, and the importance of patient satisfactions in the operation of ambulatory facilities and medical practices.
