CJ 2153 (CCRJ 2213) - Criminal and Related Law Lec. 3; Cr. 3
Criminal and Related Law examines Louisiana criminal laws and procedures, as well as federal laws and recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions. Topics include search and seizure of individuals and property, interrogation, due process/rights of the accused, and the inter connection of criminal law, the judicial process, and punishments.
Prerequisite(s): A grade of C or better in CJ 1107 or permission from the Coordinator for Criminal Justice or Dean of Health Sciences, Business & Technology, and Public Protection and Safety.
