NURS 2430 - Nursing Concepts III Lec. 4; Cr. 4
Focuses on use of the nursing process in meeting needs of individuals experiencing threats to physiological and biopsychosocial functioning across the life span. Clinical practice component provides opportunity for development of skill in administration of safe, effective nursing care to individuals across the life span who are experiencing threats to human needs.
Prerequisite(s): Grade of “C” or better in NURS 1230 , NURS 1232 , and NURS 1235 . Corequisite(s): NURS 2432 , NURS 2435 , and MATH 1425 (unless a grade of “C” or better is achieved in MATH 1425 prior to the third semester of nursing courses). Pre- or Co-requisite(s): General Education Humanities elective or General Education Fine Arts elective. Note: Fall only.
